This natural coffee sings for days, friend.
This natural processed Ethiopian coffee has lots of fruit-- watermelon candy, apricots, and a bit of honeysuckle florals. This coffee has a medium to high perceived body which makes it attractive to people who want a "full" cup of coffee, while still offering overt, and more contemporary fruity flavors.
This coffee was sourced through Royal Coffee NY.
This coffee comes from the Guji Zone, which is in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. More specifically, it comes from a woreda, or district, in the Shakiso area of Ethiopia
This natural processed lot was sourced from 3 farms (collectively 75 acres) around the community of Gatame Muka in the coveted Shakiso district.
The farmers (Jilo Barko, Jarso Muda, Teklu Miju), deliver ripe cherries to the station in Shakiso, which is owned and operated by Guji Highland Coffee Plantation.
