Las Moritas is located in San Antonio La Paz in the department of El Progreso in Guatemala, the highest non-volcanic mountain chain in Guatemala (outside of the Huehuetenango region).
The coffee is grown alongside under native forest shade. The humid forest microclimate is dominated by pine trees, lending the coffee a very unique profile - a rich and effervescent combination of citrus and chocolate that will make you say "wow, what a uniquely rich and effervescent combination of citrus and chocolate." At least, that's what we say whenever we drink it (which is all the time).
